OVERVIEW
A current project for private clients being developed with a view to landscaping later this year. This private garden has a wild paddock space which has been currently left to ‘grow wild’ and unkept by the clients who also have a large manicured garden in close proximity. They decided to turn this unused area into a wildlife encouraging space, one which attracted and retained wildlife but also one they could manage and enjoy. With that in mind we have asked to come up with a scheme to incorporate both the existing features of the landscape - boundary trees, a ‘well’, a close by lane with mature existing hedges into a new scheme with wildlife friendly planting and pond. The space will need to be manicured for access, seating and the maintenance of certain areas such as the well, trees, paths and pond viewing deck, however spaces must be left untended to for the development of wildlife corridors especially around the boundaries and linking into the hedges. More on this to follow as landscaping images become available.
