A large residence & garden nestled in woods on the outskirts of Oxted. The Clients had used us previously to renovate their village home before moving to this property. We have finalised the design as of Summer 2021 and are now beginning outline budget preparation before works likely Q4 2021 and into 2022. The works will include a re-assessment of the mature vegetated boundaries, new gates and security, a driveway and front entrance re-design, softening of the front aspect to the property, clearing out dated areas to the sides, preparing more efficient pathways and paving options, aligning the differing angles of out-buildings and making all spaces flow better together
