BRIEF
A complete landscape renovation for the front and rear aspects. To maximise the available front space for parking and to provide multiple rear zones for functional use with creative design solutions linking them.


SOLUTION
The front was redesigned and re-laid with a hard wearing, aesthetically pleasing permeable resin surface dressing with new boundaries and easy to maintain structural planting. The rear needed to incorporate a larger contemporary dining and entertaining space with additional seating and lounging, a shaded secondary space with softer transition to lawns and rear boundary planting. Storage, lighting and irrigation were all built in.

OUTCOME
An easier to manoeuvre front space for 4-5 vehicles with a aesthetically pleasing front wall and planting. The rear has been developed with Trendy Black porcelain linking the main entertaining space to that of the shade and screened rear storage. Structural, wispy and herb type planting softens all the boundaries and zones as well as providing enclosure and delineation added to the walls. Built in seating throughout and space for client furniture completes the spaces.
